Targets: immune weakness, seasonal support, chronic inflammation, and antioxidant defense.

A daily food-as-medicine, functional-food protocol built around three blends of fresh sprouts and microgreens to support immune function and cellular protection.

Pack tiers: Targeted Support and Medicinal Support include additional greens beyond the Conditional Support pack.

What's inside

  • Antioxidant Core Blend — broccoli sprouts + radish sprouts + sunflower microgreens. Vitamin C, vitamin E, and sulforaphane-family antioxidant defense.
  • Mineral Immune Blend — pea microgreens + onion sprouts + sunflower microgreens. Folate, organosulfur compounds, and zinc.
  • Gut-Immune Link Blend — bean mix sprouts + clover sprouts + alfalfa sprouts. Fiber and plant diversity to support the gut–immune connection. For autoimmune-flagged customers, we substitute bean mix + pea + sunflower for this container.

Why this blend

Immunity starts at the barrier and the microbiome, so this pack pairs antioxidant-dense sprouts with fiber-forward sprout diversity. Broccoli and radish sprouts add sulforaphane/Nrf2 antioxidant-defense support, and pairing them together has been shown to roughly double sulforaphane yield. The defensible claim is immune and antioxidant support through plant diversity, vitamin C, and minerals.

Best paired with

A varied plant-rich diet, fermented foods if tolerated, hydration, and 7–9 hours of sleep. Vitamin C supports immune function and non-heme iron absorption, while zinc supports immune function, protein and DNA synthesis, and wound healing.

These fresh foods are intended to support a healthy lifestyle and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Most blends here are raw sprouts and microgreens — customers who are immunocompromised, pregnant, or have autoimmune conditions (alfalfa/clover sprouts contain L-canavanine, linked in peer-reviewed research to lupus-like flares) should consult their healthcare provider before beginning a raw-sprout protocol.
