What's inside
- Nrf2 Detox Core — broccoli sprouts + radish sprouts + onion sprouts. Our highest-priority sulforaphane/cruciferous detox-pathway container.
- Metabolic Fiber Blend — bean mix sprouts + pea microgreens + sunflower microgreens. Supports satiety, fiber, and metabolic-load reduction.
- Mineral + Ritual Blend — wheat grass + alfalfa sprouts. Chlorophyll and mineral framing alongside fiber — positioned as a daily ritual add-on, since wheat grass's detox-specific evidence is thinner than the crucifer science above.
Why this blend
Broccoli sprouts anchor the detox story with the strongest human evidence in our lineup — a Johns Hopkins clinical trial in nearly 300 adults found a daily broccoli sprout beverage increased excretion of the pollutants benzene by 61% and acrolein by 23% over 12 weeks. Radish sprouts are included specifically because pairing radish with broccoli sprouts has been shown to roughly double sulforaphane yield. The defensible claim is detoxification-pathway, liver-enzyme, antioxidant, and digestion support.
Best paired with
Removing sugary drinks, reducing alcohol, replacing ultra-processed meals, walking after meals, and gradual weight loss when appropriate. The American Liver Foundation notes 3–5% weight loss can reduce liver fat and 7% can decrease inflammation in MASLD/MASH.
These fresh foods are intended to support a healthy lifestyle and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Most blends here are raw sprouts and microgreens — customers who are immunocompromised, pregnant, or have autoimmune conditions (alfalfa sprouts contain L-canavanine, linked in peer-reviewed research to lupus-like flares) should consult their healthcare provider before beginning a raw-sprout protocol.
