Targets: muscle recovery, inflammation, insulin sensitivity, fatigue, and metabolic health.

A daily food-as-medicine, functional-food protocol built around three blends of fresh sprouts and microgreens to support recovery and performance nutrition.

Pack tiers: Targeted Support and Medicinal Support include additional greens beyond the Conditional Support pack.

What's inside

  • Performance Protein Blend — pea microgreens + sunflower microgreens + bean mix sprouts. Plant protein, minerals, and satiety — built for the gym customer.
  • Circulation Blend — onion sprouts + radish sprouts + sunflower microgreens. Organosulfur and antioxidant support for a circulation-support angle. Note: we don't grow beet, so this container makes an organosulfur/antioxidant claim rather than a nitrate/nitric-oxide "pump" claim.
  • Antioxidant Recovery Blend — broccoli sprouts + radish sprouts + pea microgreens. Oxidative-stress and inflammation-recovery support, boosted by broccoli/radish's documented sulforaphane synergy.

Why this blend

This concentrate centers on pea and sunflower microgreens — our most protein-forward, palatable greens — and reinforces recovery with bean mix sprouts. Broccoli sprouts keep it in the medicinal-greens category with a real sulforaphane/Nrf2 mechanism. Claims stay at recovery support, micronutrient density, and better snack or meal-replacement positioning.

Best paired with

20–40 g protein per meal from whole foods, hydration and electrolytes, optional creatine, strength progression, 7–9 hours of sleep, and walking after high-carb meals. The CDC's adult target is 150 minutes/week plus two strengthening days.

These fresh foods are intended to support a healthy lifestyle and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Most blends here are raw sprouts and microgreens — customers who are immunocompromised or pregnant should consult their healthcare provider before beginning a raw-sprout protocol.
