Concentrated Nutrition
Microgreens are harvested young, when the seed leaves have just developed. In a peer-reviewed analysis of 25 microgreens, many varieties had higher vitamin and carotenoid concentrations than mature leaves, up to 40-fold for a single nutrient in one crop. Results vary by crop.1

Earth Made Greens has served Southern California families through farmers’ markets and select local grocery stores. We are California-certified farmers with established growing systems and the capacity to produce substantially more fresh food. Today, we sell approximately one-third of our farm’s production capacity.
Community subscriptions let us grow according to confirmed demand, reduce waste, organize efficient deliveries, and make fresh functional foods more accessible to local families. Our challenge is not growing more. It is reaching more families efficiently.

Is this a donation?
No. This is a paid food subscription. Members receive fresh products at preferred community pricing.
Does the masjid manage the subscriptions?
The masjid hosts the program and the pickup location. Orders, payment, and growing are handled directly by Earth Made Greens.
Are the products organic?
Earth Made Greens is a California Certified Producer (#19-1076A) selling at certified farmers’ markets. For questions about growing practices on a specific crop, contact us and we will answer directly.
Where will I receive my order?
At your masjid’s approved pickup location on the scheduled day, or through an organized local delivery route where available.
What varieties will I receive?
Each package includes a rotating selection of microgreens, sprouts, and salad items. Specific crops vary by week and season, and larger packages include a broader selection.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Contact us before your next scheduled order and we will update your subscription.
Can these products treat a health condition?
No. These are fresh foods, not medicine, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you take medication or have a medical condition, talk with your healthcare provider before changing your diet.
